Declaration Status — Tracking Portal

Track Declaration Status

The Applicant may monitor the adjudication progress of a submitted declaration by utilising the designated tracking mechanisms outlined herein. All status enquiries are subject to verification of identity credentials and submission reference data.

Status Verification Procedure

To ascertain the current adjudication status of a submitted Electronic Travel Authorisation declaration, The Applicant shall follow the procedure set forth below:

  • § 1.1Locate the Application Reference Number issued at the time of submission. This reference was dispatched to The Applicant's registered electronic mail address and follows the format ETA-[YEAR]-[ALPHANUMERIC].
  • § 1.2Access the confirmation email dispatched upon submission. The email contains a direct link to the status verification interface specific to The Applicant's declaration.
  • § 1.3Alternatively, The Applicant may contact administrative support via the designated correspondence channels, citing the Application Reference Number and registered email address for identity verification.

Status Designations

The following administrative status designations are employed throughout the adjudication lifecycle of an Electronic Travel Authorisation declaration:

SUBMITTEDThe declaration has been received by the administrative system and has been queued for preliminary review. No action is required from The Applicant at this stage.
UNDER REVIEWThe declaration is currently undergoing administrative adjudication. The duration of this phase is contingent upon application complexity and prevailing administrative capacity.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIREDSupplementary documentation or clarification has been formally requested. The Applicant must respond within the stipulated timeframe to avoid administrative closure of the declaration.
APPROVEDThe Electronic Travel Authorisation credential has been issued and electronically linked to The Applicant's travel document. No physical document is required for presentation at the port of arrival.
REJECTEDThe declaration has been denied following adjudication. The specific grounds for rejection are detailed in the administrative notification dispatched to the registered correspondence address.
EXPIREDThe issued authorisation credential has exceeded its designated validity period. A new declaration must be submitted if The Applicant intends to travel.
CANCELLEDThe declaration has been withdrawn at the request of The Applicant or revoked by the administrative authority. This action is irrevocable.

Notification Protocol

Administrative notifications pertaining to adjudication milestones are dispatched in accordance with the following protocol:

  • § 3.1All notifications are dispatched to The Applicant's registered electronic mail address. It is the statutory obligation of The Applicant to ensure that this address is valid, actively monitored, and capable of receiving administrative correspondence.
  • § 3.2The Applicant is advised to inspect spam, junk, and promotional folders in the event that administrative correspondence is not located in the primary inbox.
  • § 3.3In the event of non-receipt of expected correspondence, The Applicant may submit an administrative enquiry via the Contact section of this portal.

▸ Administrative Advisory

The Applicant is advised that status information is updated in accordance with the administrative processing schedule. Frequent enquiries regarding the same declaration do not accelerate the adjudication process and may result in delayed response times for other administrative matters.
